From June 10 to 11, 2026, the Cosmetics Trade Fair Munich was grandly held at MOC Munich, Lilienthalallee 40, 80939 Munich, Germany. Gaojieli presented our brand-new PEF bio-based bottles and a full range of eco-friendly packaging products at Booth A09, Hall 4, concluding this international exchange journey successfully.

The exhibition was bustling with visitors, and on-site consultations were in full swing. Clients from Germany and Europe raised highly professional questions, mainly focusing on four major points: authenticity of environmental performance, material properties, regulatory compliance and recycling capacity, which are the essential requirements for current European cosmetic packaging.
Many purchasers and R&D personnel inquired about the carbon footprint of bio-based materials and asked for complete carbon accounting reports to meet European carbon tariff standards. For biodegradable packaging, they verified degradation conditions, cycles and residue-free certifications, as well as the compatibility with local PET recycling systems.
When it comes to sun care, essences and water-based cosmetics, clients paid close attention to the barrier property, temperature resistance and sealing performance of packages, to ensure effective protection for contents. Star Product: PEF Bio-based Bottles, Usher in a New Era of Green Packaging
Our brand-new PEF bio-based bottles became the biggest highlight of the exhibition. Combining 100% bio-based raw material, high barrier performance, biodegradability and recyclability, they gained high praise from overseas clients.
Nowadays, the global green material trend is sweeping the world. As an outstanding alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics, PEF (Polyethylene Furanoate) is made of 100% non-food bio-based materials, cutting reliance on petroleum resources. It reduces carbon footprint by more than 50% compared with traditional PET, perfectly fitting the concepts of Clean Beauty and ESG sustainable development.
PEF owns excellent biodegradability and superior barrier performance. Its oxygen and water vapor blocking effect is far better than ordinary PET and PE materials. Meanwhile, it features stable mechanical properties, temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high transparency. What’s more, PEF can be recycled together with PET, which adapts to Europe’s mature waste recycling system.

PLA Eco-friendly Materials
Made from natural plant starch, PLA is a pure bio-based material. It can be completely biodegraded into carbon dioxide and water in natural compost environments without any residue or secondary pollution. As early as 2018, Gaojieli realized mass production of PLA bottles. We are one of the earliest enterprises engaged in PLA industrialization in China, with mature technology and stable quality to support overseas high-end orders.
PHA Eco-friendly Materials
PHA is produced by microbial fermentation. As a pure bio-based material, it can be fully degraded in soil, seawater and other natural environments. It has remarkable natural antibacterial properties, so it is widely applied in medical supplies, food packaging and cosmetics, especially for skin care products requiring high sanitary standards.
PCR Recycled Materials
PCR materials are processed from waste plastics. They greatly cut the use of virgin plastics and realize resource recycling. Products made of PCR can be recycled repeatedly, reducing white pollution and helping brands achieve carbon neutrality goals.
High-barrier HDPE Single Material
Made of pure high-density polyethylene without any composite materials, HDPE single material is easy to recycle with low carbon emissions. It has outstanding light-proof, water and oxygen barrier capabilities, which can effectively protect sun care and photosensitive skin care products from deterioration. It is a preferred packaging material for sun care products in Europe.
